How we handle and protect your information.
When you use the public sprint-request form, Wilson Lane Systems collects the contact details and written responses you choose to provide: name, work email, company, fleet-size range, workflow description, and desired outcome.
We use those responses to review fit, prepare a reply, and manage the request in a restricted founder admin queue. The form does not accept document uploads or payment information.
Form responses are stored in our website provider’s database and are visible only through the protected admin screen. We retain them only as long as reasonably needed to review and follow up on the request, then close or delete them as appropriate.
Wilson Lane Systems does not sell personal information or use sprint-request responses to train models.
Do not submit contracts, customer documents, BRG information, operational records, credentials, payment information, tax information, or other confidential material through the form.
